Apartment  3 is located on the 3d floor and occupies the entire floor of the house. It consists of an entrance hall with storage for things and suitcases, a large living room, a bedroom, a small hallway and a bathroom. The living room leads to a large loggia with a view of the sea and unforgettable sunsets. The loggia is equipped with a teak table and chairs, so it is possible to stay and eat there. In the living room there is a sofa, which can be converted into two beds if necessary. There is a large LCD TV+IPTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes for 6 or more people, has a dishwasher, oven, 3+1 gas, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water heater, mixer, etc. The dining table is for 6 people. There is also an air conditioner that cools and heats. There is a large built-in wardrobe with a safe in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, sink with cabinets and mirror, towel radiator and underfloor heating. The bedroom has a 160x200 and 90x200 bed with anatomical mattresses and an exit to a small loggia facing east. In the yard you can use beach chairs, a shower with hot water, there is a barbecue behind the house. Parking for the vehicle is located 20m from the house.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Please leave the apartment tidy and handle things carefully. A deposit for possible damage in the amount of €200.00 is given in cash on the day of arrival and is returned in full if no material damage occurs.
