Apartment 1 is located on the 1st floor and occupies the entire floor of the house. It consists of an entrance hallway with storage for belongings and suitcases, a large living room, a bedroom, a small hallway, and a bathroom. From the living room you step out onto a large loggia with a sea view and unforgettable sunsets. The loggia is furnished with a teak table and chairs, so you can relax and dine there. In the living room there is a sofa that can be unfolded into two beds if needed. There is a large LCD TV + IPTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes for 6 or more people and includes a dishwasher, oven, 3+1 gas hob, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, water heater, mixer, etc. The dining table seats 6. There is also an air conditioner that cools and heats. In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe with a safe. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, sink with cabinets and a mirror, a towel radiator, and underfloor heating. The bedroom has beds sized 160x200 and 90x200 with anatomical mattresses and access to a small loggia facing east. In the yard you can use sun loungers and a shower with hot water, and behind the house there is a barbecue. Parking for the vehicle is 20 m from the house.

Tourist tax is included in the price.

Payment is made in euros to a bank account or in cash. The reservation is confirmed by paying 30% of the total amount within 3 days.

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 10:00. Please leave the apartment tidy and handle items with care. A refundable damage deposit of €200.00 is paid in cash on the day of arrival and will be returned in full if no material damage occurs.
