Apartment 2 is located on the second floor and occupies the entire level of the house, offering complete privacy, peace, and plenty of space for a relaxing seaside holiday.

The apartment features an entrance area with storage space for luggage, a spacious and bright living room, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom, and an additional hallway with a large built-in wardrobe and safe.

From the living room, you step out onto a large private loggia with beautiful sea views and unforgettable sunsets. Furnished with elegant teak table and chairs, it is the perfect place for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or relaxing summer evenings.

The living room includes a cozy seating area that can easily be converted into two extra beds, along with a large LCD TV with IPTV for your entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for comfortable family stays, including dishes for 6+ guests, a dishwasher, oven, gas stove (3+1), large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, mixer, and more. The dining table seats six people. Air conditioning ensures both cooling and heating throughout the year.

The bathroom features a modern shower cabin, toilet, sink with cabinets and mirror, towel radiator, and underfloor heating for extra comfort.

The bedroom offers a double bed (160×200 cm) and an additional single bed (90×200 cm) with high-quality anatomical mattresses, plus access to a small east-facing balcony — ideal for enjoying peaceful mornings.

Guests can also enjoy the outdoor courtyard with sun loungers, an outdoor shower with warm water, and a barbecue area located behind the house. Private parking is available just 20 meters away.
