Apartment 3 – Top-floor privacy with panoramic sea views

Apartment 3 is located on the third (top) floor and occupies the entire level of the house, ensuring maximum privacy, tranquility, and beautiful open views — ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday by the sea.

The apartment includes an entrance area with convenient storage space for luggage, a spacious and sun-filled living room, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom, and an additional hallway with a large built-in wardrobe and safe.

From the living room, you step out onto a large private loggia overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every evening. The terrace is furnished with a teak table and chairs, making it perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing, or simply soaking up the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The living room features a comfortable seating area that can be converted into two extra beds when needed, along with a large LCD TV with IPTV for your entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything required for a carefree stay, including dishes for 6+ guests, a dishwasher, oven, gas stove (3+1), large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, mixer, and more. The dining table comfortably seats six people. Air conditioning provides both cooling and heating throughout the year.

The bathroom is modern and comfortable, featuring a shower cabin, toilet, sink with cabinets and mirror, towel radiator, and underfloor heating.

The bedroom includes a double bed (160×200 cm) and an additional single bed (90×200 cm) with high-quality anatomical mattresses, plus access to a small east-facing balcony — a lovely spot to enjoy quiet mornings and fresh air.

Guests can also make use of the courtyard with sun loungers, an outdoor shower with warm water, and a barbecue area behind the house. Private parking is available just 20 meters from the property.
