Terms and Conditions

The subject of these Terms and Conditions is the regulation of mutual relations between the private accommodation provider Apartments Meić Pirovac (hereinafter: the Lessor) and the contracting party of the accommodation (hereinafter: the Guest).

1. Reservations and payments

The Guest may request a reservation exclusively by email and through other authorized agencies, in order to keep a written record of correspondence.

When creating an accommodation reservation request, the Guest confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions, that they have read them carefully in advance, and that they accept them in full. Everything stated in these Terms and Conditions constitutes a legal obligation for both the Guest and the Lessor.

When arranging an accommodation reservation, the Guest is obliged to provide all information necessary for the reservation process. Based on the received request, the Lessor will send the Guest an offer which is considered concluded and binding after the Guest pays the agreed reservation price to the specified bank account. To reserve accommodation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the agreed accommodation price. By paying the advance payment, the Guest agrees to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and has no right to a subsequent complaint.

Note on payment by bank transfer that applies exclusively to international Guests: the Guest is obliged to make the payment by bank transfer to the Lessor’s foreign currency account. All fees charged by the sending bank and the receiving bank are borne entirely by the Guest.

The deadline for paying the advance payment is three days. If within that period the advance payment is not visible in the Lessor’s account, we will consider that the Guest has cancelled the accommodation reservation and the request will be deemed invalid.

Upon arrival at the accommodation, the Guest is obliged to pay the remaining 70% of the agreed price. For the purpose of registering the Guest in the central E-Visitor system, the Guest must present personal documents required for tourist check-in and check-out to the Lessor. The Guest accepts the Lessor’s House Rules.

In the case of a paid and confirmed accommodation, any change (dates, number of guests, etc.) is subject to an additional charge according to the valid price list.

2. Pre-contractual information

The Lessor guarantees that the accommodation offer descriptions, photos, location, and price list on the website are accurate. On other portals, minor inaccuracies and errors may occur, which the Lessor will strive to correct as soon as possible upon the Guest’s notice. The information stated in the reservation confirmation is considered authoritative, and the Lessor shall not be liable for possible errors and inaccuracies in promotional materials.

3. Price and accommodation content

The accommodation price is calculated per night for the accommodation unit. It may also include various fees that may be listed in the price list. The Lessor will inform the Guest in a timely manner about the existence, price, and any changes in the method of charging such fees. Published prices on certain advertising portals are the result of the Lessor’s agreements with partners and may not correspond to the prices in the accommodation unit.

The accommodation is fully equipped with all furniture and household appliances necessary for the stay. The price includes the costs of electricity, water, and gas. One parking space is provided for each accommodation unit nearby (it does not have to be in the yard, guarded, fenced, or covered).
