The apartments are located in a family home on the main Lolić beach in Pirovac, which has a Blue Flag and where the sea is warmer than elsewhere.
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the private accommodation provider Apartmani Meić Pirovac (hereinafter referred to as the Host) and the person booking the accommodation (hereinafter referred to as the Guest).
1. Reservations and Payments
Guests may request accommodation reservations exclusively via email or through authorized agencies in order to ensure written correspondence.
By submitting a reservation request, the Guest confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, have carefully reviewed them, and fully accept them. Everything stated in these Terms represents a legal obligation for both the Guest and the Host.
When making a reservation, the Guest is required to provide all necessary information needed for the booking process. Based on the received request, the Host will send an offer which becomes confirmed and binding once the Guest pays the agreed reservation amount to the specified bank account.
A deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price is required to secure the reservation. By paying the deposit, the Guest accepts these Terms and Conditions and waives the right to any subsequent objections.
Note for international bank transfers: Guests are required to transfer the payment to the Host’s foreign currency account. All sender and recipient bank charges are borne entirely by the Guest.
The deposit must be paid within three days. If the payment is not visible in the Host’s account within this period, the reservation request will be considered cancelled and void.
Upon arrival, the Guest must pay the remaining 70% of the agreed price. For registration in the national E-Visitor system, the Guest is required to present valid identification documents for check-in and check-out purposes. The Guest agrees to comply with the Host’s House Rules.
In the case of a confirmed reservation, any changes (dates, number of guests, etc.) may be subject to additional charges according to the current price list.
2. Pre-contractual Information
The Host guarantees that the descriptions, photos, location details, and price lists presented on the official website are accurate. Minor discrepancies or errors may appear on other advertising portals, which the Host will correct as soon as possible upon notification. The information stated in the reservation confirmation is considered authoritative, and the Host shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in promotional materials.
3. Accommodation Price and Amenities
Accommodation prices are calculated per night per accommodation unit. The price may include additional taxes or fees, as specified in the price list. The Host will inform the Guest in a timely manner about any such charges or changes. Prices listed on certain advertising portals may differ due to agreements with partners and may not correspond to the prices offered directly at the accommodation.
The accommodation units are fully equipped with all necessary furniture and household appliances for a comfortable stay. The price includes electricity, water, and gas consumption.
One parking space is provided for each accommodation unit nearby (it may not necessarily be located within the yard or be guarded, fenced, or covered).
